Q2: Can i custom my own logo?
A: Yes, please send logo design to us before production, or we are support some logo design solutions for you.
Q3: Can you make a full color logo?
A: We can design any logo for customers.
Q4: How soon can I get my sample order (with one or several pieces to test first )?
A: The lead time is within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the payment.
Q5: Do you have a CE/RoHS certificate?

Q6: When the logo projector can't work well, what should I do?
A: 1. The engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you solution way very soon;
2. All our logo projectors have half a year warranty. If there is any problems of logo projector parts under "normal use", new parts will be sent to you but your side should pay the shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation
- Once the purchased laser system is produced, we will contact you with shipping and tracking information for all applications. This information will be emailed to the email address you provided when ordering.
Sign for the parcel
- 1.Please provide us with the correct delivery information and ensure that someone is present at the delivery location when the package arrives. We will mail you a tracking number (please note we will receive it by noon the day after shipment) so you can arrange for the recipient to arrive. After receiving the package, it is recommended that you check the box with the courier driver and pay attention to whether the package is damaged. Return policy for non-quality issues
1. 30-day free trial: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and refund. (The return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer)
2. Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you decide that you need to return or exchange an item, please email us your order number, phone number, and who you are returning to. We will then email you a Return Authorization document containing return instructions. Do not return product before following these steps
3. When and how do I get compensated?
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a refund to the original method of payment. Returned goods will be inspected before a letter of credit is issued. Once the return is received and processed, we will credit you with the total purchase price (excluding shipping, handling and restocking fees noted above).
